Kitty Help
One of our cats, Tasha, is a big scaredy cat. She wasn't always this way. She had been a lovely-dovey kitty though she's always been a bit skittish. To be honest, I blame myself for the way she is now. Back when she was a kitten I had to give her medication to clear up a suspected case of ringworm and I accidentally got the medicine in her mouth. Ever since then, she will have nothing to do with either me or Bear. Well, she tolerates Bear but she runs and hides from me constantly.
I would really like to do something to help her but I'm not sure where to start or what to give her. I know there are aromatherapy treatments out there but we can't really get near her to use them on her. Does anybody have any suggestions? I'll take any help that we can get.

I'm also having some really good luck with Jackson Galaxy Spirit Essences. Still subtle, but in a more obvious way that they help.
You need to break the fear response (especially since he has no idea what he is fearful of any more) and associate yourself with good things. I have found meat to be an effective reward. Meat based baby food is almost universally accepted as a 'good thing' If you can't get close enough to offer it, get a really long handled something or other that you can put some on and slowly over time get closer and closer.
Also, does she like treats? There now are calming treats that *might* help -- Pet Naturals and Vetri-Science. If you Google either, you'll find a slew of on-line stores that carry them, like HealthyPets.com. I'm in Canada, but have them delivered to someone in the States, who then ships them to me for a fraction of the company's out-of-country charges. (The Vetri-Science, I mean. The Pet Naturals are available here now, new.)
Definitely ditto Connie re: the food -- food is a great motivator for a lot of things. :-)
